another day, another audition line

I showed up an hour and fifteen minutes early to an open call. This is at 7:45am, only to find a line of 20 already had formed.  

Now I know how my New York actor friends feel everyday. It takes a lot to wake up at 6 (way earlier for NYC actors) and drive half an hour to an audition that you mostly won't book, all before work at 10:30.

I mean hopefully you book, but 9 times out of 10, you don't. And that's the sad mathematics of stage auditioning. But I love it or else I wouldn't do it.  right?

You must stick with it! You are enough. Xx
